TERRAS DO CIGARRON GODELLO

Adegas Galegas makes wines the northwest of Spain in Galicia and the Basque areas. This Godello is from the Monterrei DO, which has a mild Mediterranean climate influenced by the Atlantic, perfect for the Godello grape variety.

The Godello grape is very popular among winemakers in this region as an alternative to widely planted Albarino. Aromas of apple and pear dominate with subtle citrus nuances. An intense wine with structure derived from the lees contact. A long persistent finish.

Great with Chicken and Pork as well as seafood and shelfish.
