Winemaking

Manual harvest. Total destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in wine presses with mechanical treading. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Colour

Ruby red with violet reflections. Complex aroma of ripe red fruits, white flowers, and spices integrated with vanilla notes. Round, rich, and voluminous palate with balanced acidity and fine tannins. Long and complex finish.
