It’s a rich and complex 100% pot still whiskey, made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. Time spent in bourbon and sherry casks give it spicy, fruit notes and a distinctive sherry style. It’s a complex, full flavoured whiskey but, as its popularity suggests, it’s not just one for the experts.
