Grapes were harvested during the first two weeks of September, from 10 year old vines which produce more intensely flavoured grapes. After destemming and gentle pressing the juice underwent a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled straightaway to retain the juicy fruit flavours and fresh acidity.
TASTING NOTES
Lemon yellow in colour with a hint of green. Delicate aromas of tropical fruit combine with hints of minerality leading to a palate bursting with lively flavours of Passionfruit and pineapple. The finish is fresh and pleasant.
