This wine is made up of predominantly Grenache, then Carignan, harvested by hand, and Syrah. The grapes are destemmed and crushed before being blended, with extraction by pigeage. They come from old vines of Languedoc, hence the name "les darons" which means "the fathers".

  • Palate: Dense and silky, combining fullness and tension to reveal ripe tannins.

  • Finish: Powerful, full-bodied, tasty, it will surprise you with its light notes of mint.
