Mont Tauch La Bête Noire Fitou

La Bete Noir Fitou from the south of France. A big bold red just like the Black Boar big and robust packed with rich spicey dark fruits. La Bête Noire is made from the Carignan, Grenache and Syrah grape varieties. The low-yielding Carignan contribute juice and power, while Grenache and Syrah add fruit and spices. The restrained use of barrel storage has rounded off the tannins. The fruit is dominant. La Bête Noire means "the black beast" in French.
