Huai Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Made from 100% certified organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes. 45% of this vintage was fermented in neutral French oak to add complexity and weight. Huia Sauvignon Blanc shows a good aromatic intensity with bright floral note of elderflower and lime blossom. The wine is layered with flavors ranging from guava, melon, gooseberry and lime zest. Pair this wine alongside seafood like fresh oysters, prawns, scallops, steamed mussels and marinated fish are a given but this little juicy number is a hit with seasonal asparagus and a wide variety of cheeses.
