Our virgin French oak barrels are made exclusively for Grace O’Malley where the wood has been seasoned by the Atlantic Ocean for over two years. This whiskey presents delightful notes of caramel, vanilla, and maritime essence, along with hints of orange peel and honey, all beautifully balanced by subtle salty undertones.
