Vineyards and Viticulture: Located at 650 meters above sea level, with significant temperature variations between day and night. Clay-limestone soils with high water retention capacity. Canopy and cover crop management. Organically farmed vineyard with nighttime harvesting.

Winemaking: Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Temperature-controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by clarification and stabilization.

Brilliant yellow in color with greenish hues that reflect its youth. On the nose, it displays intense aromas of white fruit—apple and pear—along with citrus notes and floral touches. On the palate, it is persistent and fleshy, with perfectly balanced acidity that delivers a refreshing finish.
