    The initial stage of fermentation begins with maceration into stainless steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature for 15 days. Matured in oak prior to bottling imparting structure and balance.
  • Tasting notes

    This Susumaniello is a full bodied wine with a dark garnet color and some ruby ​​red reflexions. Its aromasare reminiscent of the baked fruits with dark jammy notes, hints of dark pepper's spiciness and of a subtle note of powdered licorice and Mediterranean grass. Fresh fruit filled mouthfeel and savory with and intriguing note of warmth and vibrant tannins.
