As you'd expect from a wine of this calibre, it's deeply coloured, with intense aromas of mocha and sweet spice, and a bit of freshness. It's very well structured, with flavours of vanilla and dark fruits. The perfect thing to share over roast beef at 18-19°C to reduce the "hotness" of the wine.
