ARTESANO ORGANIC WHITE MALBEC

These wines come from the organic vineyards in the foothills of the Andes, respecting traditions, the soil and the care in organic winemaking, just as the artisans did. 

This wine has aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers, and mineral notes. It boasts high acidity, is fresh and vibrant, and has a slightly sweet finish.

Early harvest Malbec grapes are pressed at very low pressure to avoid color loss and to separate the juice. The must is clarified like a conventional white wine. It is then fermented at 14-16°C for 28 days.
