Kinsale Premium Gin

Created with over 20 botanicals, with key flavours foraged around Kinsale. Kinsale Gin is a London Dry Gin so nothing added after distillation. Botanicals are carefully dried from their natural state before being distilled. Aroma: Juniper forward quickly followed by sharp citrus from bitter orange and lemon peel with a complex spiciness. Flavour: Smooth mouthfeel with an immediate burst of flavours. Plenty of straight forward fruitiness from berries, apples and citrus fruits, unusual fruity tones coming from lemon verbena and lemon balm among others, floral undertones from meadowsweet and elderflower. Followed by earthy spices from roots and seeds.
