Anno Domini Sauvignon Blanc IGT

Rigorous dry white wine, almost austere with its appealing acidity and typically rich nose. Best enjoyed young. Deep straw yellow colour with lime green highlights. Intense spiced aromas of peppers, sage, elderflower and tomato leaf.  Suitable with pasta and rice dishes. Goes well with all white meats. Excellent with baked oily fish. Serving temperature 10-12°C.
